At Irongrip Tools, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Must include all accessories, manuals, or components

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or damaged tools not due to manufacturer defects

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Customized or special-order products

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at Help@irongriptools.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If returning for other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement once we receive your return or confirm the issue.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and product(s)

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly
