At Irongrip Tools, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • It must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Refundable Situations

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong item

  • You changed your mind (item must be unopened and unused)

  • Your item did not arrive after the estimated delivery window (after verification)

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Gift cards or promotional products

  • Custom-made or clearance items marked as final sale

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at Help@irongriptools.com with your order number and reason for the request

  2. If your refund is approved, we’ll provide return instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable)

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping

  • For voluntary returns (e.g., changed mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again

  • Contact your payment provider (it may take time to post)
