At Irongrip Tools, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and affordable shipping services throughout Canada. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We use trusted Canadian carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. Estimated delivery times:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
Ontario & Québec 2–5 business days
Western Canada 3–7 business days
Eastern Canada 3–7 business days
Northern/Remote Areas 5–10 business days or longer

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected service. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as indicated on the website during promotions.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the shipment status using the carrier's website.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Irongrip Tools is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Help@irongriptools.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.


8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order.
